Strength training will not only help you get stronger and leaner it will also give you confidence in your training and in yourself. You will feel fitter, stay younger and have more energy. Everybody can and should do strength training but not everybody is built the same way. Our bodies are all very unique and our structure dictates how we need to move. I will teach you the variations and exercises that are right for you, how to mobilise and activate your muscles so you can improve in your training and maximise your results. I use structured programming along with nutritional guidelines to help you progress toward your goals safely and effectively. Forging Strength is a warm, friendly, supportive environment where clients of all levels and experience are welcome, especially if they bring me chocolate gifts. |

I am passionate about sport, competing in Karate by the age of ten. Racing in numerous triathlons in my twenties. Running marathons and multiple half marathons over the years before adventure racing took my fancy. All this until I found Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a sport that has stolen my heart and become my happy place for the over 10 years.
I am not a drill sergeant instructor, rather a fun, passionate and focused trainer. I am here to help so if you would like to come train with me, fill out the application form and we can get started. I really, really love dark chocolate! |
