Join my glute training squad on Saturday mornings at 10am for a 45 minute amazing, glute burning workout designed to hit your butt muscles from all angles. It's doesn't matter what size butt you have, this class is for you because there is no such thing as too perky or too strong when we are talking glutes.
This class works best if you are already training 2+ times a week and want to put an extra session in to achieve greater glute gains.
