What to expect from an outdoor training session:
As with all my sessions, I will first look at the way you move through the primary movements. Assessing what you need your workout will include mobility work as well as muscle activation drills and myofascial release stuff. Then depending on your goals your we will train with kettlebells, ropes, dumbells, bands, balls and so much more!
My preferred parks for outdoor training include Centennial Park, Queens Park or Trumper Park.
